Return Eligibility

  • Unused and Unworn Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return request.

Return Process

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including any applicable customs or import fees.

Refund Processing

  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the product is approved, we will process the refund.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment, unless otherwise specified.
  • Refund Timeframe: Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or Personalized Products: As our customized or personalized items are made specifically according to your preferences, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased during sale or clearance events are generally non-refundable. However, if such items are received in a damaged or defective condition, we will process a refund or replacement.

  • Exchange Option: If you wish to exchange the returned product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to check availability and arrange the exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that the shipping costs for the initial order, as well as the return shipping costs, are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • AJRAK reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the specified eligibility criteria or shows signs of misuse or intentional damage.

  • The shipping and handling costs for the exchange or return will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue is due to a defect or error on the vendor’s part
